This week is all about making sure you're adding shape, not just size. All it takes is a subtle change in technique to dramatically alter the way a lift affects your muscles. Try using a narrow stance on those 4 sets of leg presses to help focus on the outer thigh "sweep," which is the curve where the vastus lateralis curves around toward the knee. Jay points his toes outward on both leg presses and hack squats to further emphasize this muscle, but also because it's more comfortable for him.
