Lindsay Kaye Miller is a certified personal trainer, and we suddenly feel like our exercise form is a little rusty. She is also a nutritionist, and we're hoping she brings her oatmeal protein pancakes by the office sometime (hint).

im confused about the diet are we just supposed to pick the meals out of the ones provided?

I use optimum's hydrowhey. Tastes great and mixes well. Also, I drink Casein at night by optimum as well. Hope this helps.
