Legs & Abs Workout

By now, you should know that the key to building muscle and getting great results isn't the length of your workouts. It's how hard you push yourself during those few sets you do for each body part.

And you should also know that cardio alone can't give you the lean body you desire, because it doesn't stimulate muscle the way that weight training does.

Make sure you're staying hydrated and get plenty of rest tonight so you can feel fully recovered for tomorrow's back and biceps workout with cardio afterward.
