Did you know?

Background

I started Bodybuilding a few years ago. It wasn't even really bodybuilding; I didn't know what I was doing. I started going on Bodybuilding.com to look at getting in shape, and I learned a lot of new things. I decided to start writing articles for them, and I learned even more about bodybuilding. I was never really "Strong," and I am not the strongest now, either, but if you know what you are doing, strength isn't always what matters.
