The advice I provide in today’s video centers around the removal of fluid from under your skin and if you should carb load for your much awaited “after” images. In case you’ve forgotten, here’s your carb intake level for the day:

Day 24: .35 x lbs. of body weight. Example: 200 lbs. x .35 = 70 g of starchy carbs.

Stick to it. You’re almost to the finish line.
