You have a little over two weeks left in this trainer. It's time to start thinking about what you're going to do next. Do you want to cut? Do you want to maintain? Do you want to build even more? These are choices you need to make now, because once you reach the end of 12 weeks, it can be tempting to just stop training and lay on the couch for a few months.

There's no point in doing all of this work if you don't have a long-term goal for your fitness and your physique!
