Indian-Spiced Yogurt Rice


Mustard SEed: 1 tsp

curry: 10 leaves

cooking spray

brown rice: 3/4

yogurt: 3 tbsp

red chili peppers: 3

  1. Heat and mix the spices and seeds in a pan with non-fat cooking spray.
  2. Mix the rice with yogurt in a bowl and add the heated spice mix.
  3. Stir and serve.
