Peanut Butter Figs Cookies



Ingredients

Egg whites: 6


Figs: 4


Honey: 1 tbsp


peanut butter: 3 tpsp


oat flour: 40g


oats: 40g


quinoa flour: 25g


flax seeds: 25g


cashews: 10


walnuts: 10


cocoa: 2 tsp


stevia: 1 cup


chocolate protein powder: 5 scoops


Directions
  1. Mix the wet ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bigger bowl and mix in the wet ingredients. Mix well until the dough is smooth and sticky.
  3. Spray an oven tray with non-fat cooking spray and pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 C).
  4. Use a tablespoon and scoop out cookies on the tray. Flatten them to about 1/2-inch circles.
  5. Cook in oven for 12-15 minutes. Check after 10 min since the temperature can vary from oven to oven. The cookie should be a little moist in middle.
