Tips For This Rest Day
Eating Out At Restaurants
- It's alright to go out to eat and socialize, as long as you stay away from your vices, such as partying and alcohol.
- Make sure to order foods that fall in-line with your diet, and make sure the way they are cooked falls in-line with your diet as well.
Mixing Up Your Cardio
- Light hiking is a great way to get your heart rate up - not to mention rewarding, scenic and refreshing!

Hes right there. I can almost certain thet i end up doing my cardio in the rain. But i do it!!! sooo thats the main thing :) But i have put on weigh in the last week and i dunno how?? soooo im dereasing my carbohydrates even more :) im ready for the next day now :) ...............
another great way of cardio is playing with the kids. we love going to the park and playing soccer or taking turns jogging, my wife will go and then I will go you so that one of us are with the children. but I will definitely consider a hike for my wife and I on our next date
