Can someone help me out?? I haven't been able to take yohimbe so I am thinking of taking hydroxy cut for the last 6 weeks any advice on if I should or just stick to the plan would be greatly appreciated

for those of you who are like me and struggle with pull ups read this article and watch the vids:">

i was doing my crappy pull ups all wrong and only using arms. after I saw this article I improved dramatically that now I can do Kris's program without the assisted pull up machine
