Hey, does ay one know if we do 25 minute cardio for both am and pm in week 5?

Hi. I am new to body building.. I need some advice.. My abs seem to be out of shape.. One side is proper in line and the other side seems to be a little up.. Please let me know how can I work it out to get on perfect shape

Hey I am on week 5 but hurt my shoulder, most likely a sprain. Not exactly sure how proceed with certain exercises.
