I will be on my week 5 by friday. I have not lost a pound since last week. I have lowered my carbs and started doing cardio about 40 minutes. Should i use some fat burners to get fired up and loose a little more or keep on continuing on reducing it the Kris way, adding more cardio.

Hey Dude, I would just lower my carb intake as kris suggests. I plateaued last week and found out mid week. So i just cut some carbs in every meal and bam it worked. Hang in there results will come :)
