so i am going into week 5, and i am barely seeing any results. what am i doing wrong? I am following the nutrition plan, and training to a T . starting to lose motivation.

Stick with it man! A lot of times, you need to make adjustments to your cardio and diet sooner than Kris. I added 5 minutes to each cardio session after I wasn't seeing results. After that the lbs started to come off. Hope that helps!

Down 15 pounds as well through 4 weeks. Still hard to stick with the diet, but I am continuing to push!
