Just wondering, how long after breakfast should I do my Cardio? and with the Yohimbe, Green Tea, and L-Carnitine, is that only in the AM? or do we take it in the PM as well?

I'm just curious about my fat loss, I have been eating around 1.5g of protein and about 2g of Carbs per lb of body weight (thats around 230g protein and 320g of carbs) according to the meal. I've been eating every 2-3 hrs, lifting like I should and doing cardio 2x a day, I normally keep my heart rate at around 155-160 and according to the machine, I burn an average of 200-240 calories per session. But I'm still stuck in the 161-163lbs range and I've been taking progress pics and haven't seen much of a difference...anytips? Thanks.

@ Sailor03 Yohimbe, Green Tea, and L-Carnitine only take in the morning. And for the weight problem on my rest days I do 1 gram per pound of bodyweight and then I do 12-14 calories per pound of bodyweight. I keep my Protein intake high to keep me fuel enough.

Im a little bit confused. I've been doing the workout consistently till today , and have been following the diet plan and stuff, but instead of gaining weight i've been losing it. I started at 132 lbs and am at 128 now. Yes, ive gotten a lot more ripped but my main goal is gaining mass. Am I doing something wrong?

If you're trying to gain weight, then yes, you are doing something wrong. The wrong workout. However, it is possible to gain mass and lose fat at the same time. I'm a skinny guy too and lost weight my first time through this program, but I got much stronger. This means I put on some muscle mass as well. If I were you, I wouldn't be too concerned about your weight. Just focus on lowering your body fat and gaining strength at the same time.

First 3 weeks per my experience, weight should fall, at least 6 - 8 pounds. It starts getting slow around the 3rd week. Make changes to you diet. I don't really pressure myself to do cardio, but i walk about 2 hours after gym in the mall. That helps me a little bit. Keep your food in check and make sure, you are pumping well int he gym.
