can anyone explain how and when to use the DTP method during this transformation? When Do I start it and end it? The printable logs dont spell out the DTP reps and sets. Anybody know how to help?

doing high reps and heavy weight is great for gaining mass but a little slow to recover from so dont over do it and make sure you are taking your supplements to recover faster.

DTP is used I believe selectively to bring up lagging body parts so that your muscle looks and is balanced. I think :) We will be doing it via Kris and his body parts but it is a traing method for us to use as we progress.
