I finished day 84 tonight which completes my 12 weeks. I still have a way to go but when I started I was at 249lbs and am now at 222lbs. The program was awesome and I learned alot thank you kris having the videos and pdf sheets really helped out alot.

Important! I think the reason this article is rated so poorly is because people like myself rate it 1 (Poor),

It starts on day 78 so i scrolled down and clicked the only numbers that i saw, which i thought would bring me to page 1, ALAS! I've now voted the article 1/10. BB.com might want to have a look at changing this so morons like myself dont make the mistake......

This was a great program to get me back into the routine of weight lifting. I wish there were more barbell exercises with the Chest workouts, but that is my only complaint. Thank you for providing this program for free

All new to this site . I have a bit of muscel but want to cut up I'm 10and a half stone and was told to try a low gi deit to cut up but to me does this diet not make you lose weight . I really couldn't lose anymore . Can anyone help

So far completed day 80 and I just had to say this is the first program I attempted that I made major gains (or losses) in my fitness. That fact I'm posting in the week 12 section shows how bad I really did want it and that I did not give up (even though I almost did in the second week). Thank you very much for providing this free awesome service! This have really changed my life for the better.
