Kris, thank you so much...I'm down 24.5 lbs and have added muscle in areas like my shoulders which have always been a weak point for me...love the DTP as it keeps me in condition, combined with the good eating habits...pressing for the next four weeks to see if I can come in top shape with more muscle

I think people need to be honest (or at least smart) when they report on their progress. According to your stats you did not gain muscle - your lean body mass didn't change. You lost fat which gave the appearance of muscle gain. Everyone that I have checked has had no gain in lean body mass and in some cases lost 1-2 kg.

so i just finished my 12 weeks and here is what i have to say, the program is awesome it briught close to what i wanted but the thing is i guess this program is for big guys who have enought weight to lose and tone the muscles they have, what it did to me was i am already a slim guy with some belly fat and i lost around 14 pounds which did enhance my muscle looks but over all i started looking more thinner and and althogh my body is looking good but my overall apearance is that i am a thin guy so now i am looking for a program where i can gain muscle and weight as well and not lose.
So over all this is extremely good work out but thin guys trying to get big this wont work for you
PS: i never folllowed the diet plan as i think its too difficult for a common man working 12 hours shift to eat 8 times a day and buiy all those protein but still i stopped all dairy and tried to eat what ever he said and i can almost see cuts in my abs but any ways i wont go for round 2 untill i have gained enought weight to lose.
cheers guys

Hello you out there... wondering if this works? Well... it does! I followed this program to the T and lost 50 .6 pounds in the process, this is a great journey that teaches you not only different workouts and how muscles work but it also teaches you about nutrition and how to change your life forever so that you can stay fit for your entire life, you cannot beat that! Especially if it’s free! advice and training from a pro, do it and you wont regret it, time flies by next thing you know you are 50 pounds lighter and buying new clothes! If you need any advice or help with workouts questions about your food and so on I will be more than happy to help, it’s the least I can do. Cheers!
Thanks Kris!
