- By now, you should know that this is a lifestyle commitment - you can try different workout programs and diets, but your dedication to good nutrition and training must not be compromised.
- Sure, you can simply restart this program at Day 1 and push your boundaries even harder this time around. You can also try the Find A Plan or Bulking Trainer Series if you are looking to push your body in a different direction.
- You can still use the DTP, but make sure only to do it once per week, picking one body part to use it on.
