My 12-Week Hardcore Trainer takes dedication, drive, and consistency. If you haven't taken the challenge, it's time to leave the locker room and step into the gym. Commit to my program and I'll help you radically transform your life in only 12 weeks. I'll do it for free, and I'll help you every step (and rep) of the way.
Don't take my word for it. Take the words of those who've done it. See the Before and After pics of people I've helped transform. Check out the best; get inspired to be the best. When you're ready to begin, I'll be here. You're next.
The physical gains are amazing, however I rate the mental gains from Kris Gethin's program the most valuable part of this journey for me.
At day 84: Everything is easier in my life. I don't have work stress anymore. I've taken the courage to start my own business, I don't have fluctuating energy levels anymore. I don't feel down and depressed anymore. I have no problem with motivation. I have no problem saying no.
My next goal is to put on lean mass and go from 74kg to 83kg, starting on Monday.
Thank you for this incredible journey, I have already inspired many of my friends to do the same and I will give them all my support just like you did with me over the 12 weeks.
Pain definitely is weakness leaving the body.

I just completed the 12-week transformation contest and my newest goal is to complete the 12-week daily trainer. I have never worked this hard, I get to the point of wanting to puke! Haha! I definitely know what muscle failure training means now! I love this program!
Kaged Muscle: "Wow! Is this the same person?! Great work and congrats on your inspiring transformation!"
Kristine Fretwell's Husband
12 weeks is up! My hubby has reached the final phase in his program! He's very happy with the results! The program he did was Jamie Eason's 12 week LiveFit Trainer through Bodybuilding.com. He also took a lot of training tips from Kris Gethin and his 12-week Daily Trainer. So gone is your excuse that you don't have the money to hire someone to do a program for you! These programs are FREE! If you follow it, you will get results. Period.
Kris, I cannot thank you enough for putting this together. Seeing you get after it every day in the gym was VERY motivating. Before your program I would stop [exercising] the second I began to sweat - I hated sweating. Now ... I know I haven't done anything at all unless I'm dripping, sweat-soaking wet.
I've just completed the program. Went from 207 pounds to 193 pounds currently and from over 14% BF to just a tad over 11%. My strength went up as well. Pushing myself to failure really showed me how far I could take it.
Now I'm considering competing in Men's Physique here in Washington State in July. Unsure if I'll start this program again or go with a local trainer who specializes in contest prep. But this program has been amazing. I loved it. I was already lifting pretty intense before, but this was a whole new level.
I'm available to help anyone else with the program!
I'm also actually training two other guys at my gym right now as well and putting them through this program.
Thanks Kris for posting all of this. It's been a great ride!
It took me some time to get my pictures uploaded, but here they are. I had great results over the past several months and have a new lifestyle both in exercise and in diet. Thanks to Kris for his guidance and willingness to help others! I attack every workout as a chance to improve and get healthier. I hope everyone follows the guidelines that Kris lays out, and can have a positve change as well ... good luck.
12 weeks to heaven.
Be transparent and share your success with others!
Thank you, Kris Gethin.
Thank you Kris for inspiring me to change my life and body. I am happy with these results.
Hey guys just thought I would jump in here to post my before/after pics. I'm 5-foot-10 and started at around 182 pounds and as of last night, am at 157 pounds.
For brevity, I'll leave the before/after pics and say that this program has completely changed my life, moreso mentally than it has physically, to be honest.
It taught me a new level of discipline when eating, when out in public, how I handle what goes into my body at restaurants and social gatherings and it has ingrained a solid work ethic in the gym into my brain. At this point, if I don't train at least 4 days per week, I feel AWFUL! I got sick during week 9 and was bedridden for a day, puking and all sorts of other nasty stuff. I managed to walk the dogs for 45 minutes the following day with a 101-degree fever, but just missing that one day sick made me feel bad about my progress.
Obsessive? Maybe. But I guess if you're going to be obsessive over something in life, obsessing over being in shape isn't too bad.
My 12 week transformation.
Today was the end of my 12-week transformation and let me tell you I love the results! Kris thanks so much for the daily videos.
Hey everyone, I Started Kris' 12-week trainer back in May with a couple of friends. Here are a couple before and after pictures. I hope these pictures will act as motivation for those of you following this program. I understand how tough and mentally draining this program can be. But the results are 110% worth the pain.
Transformation throughout a year, started in December last year with 12-week hardcore program. I weighed approximately 84 kg, then I shredded down until 65 kg and competed in June. Then I started bulking again. This is me in November 2011 at 74 kg.
Thank you Kris!
Thank you so much for such an amazing series. It has been a life-changing experience.
So here are the stats.
I used the vegetarian diet you recommended. I never broke or missed a single meal (except on my birthday I had a strawberry and 4 blueberries). Cardio? Missed it twice. I had some issues in the middle of the program with a foot injury.
Never missed a single workout.
Weight in February pre-program: 230 pounds.
Start of program April: 203.4 pounds
End of program July 4: 175 pounds
I still have some more weight to lose, but I could not be happier with the results and what I have achieved with your help. You were always timely in answering all of my questions and I can't thank you enough.
Thanks again, BodySpace: fpemblebelkin
My 12 weeks are done. My diet was 100% spot-on, 8 meals per day, no cheats. I did cardio twice per day for weeks 1-10, then I dropped to 1 per day because I got scared that I'll lose too much muscle. With the weights, I dropped in strength between weeks 4-10 but for the last 2 weeks I got stonger than ever before. Started @ 193 pounds and finished at 164 pounds.
My plan is to do [Dorian Yates'] 6-week bulking program and then I'll go back to Kris's methods of torturing body and mind. Thanks for everything Kris.
Kris is the Man!
Thank you Kris for getting me out of this slump. For years working out at the gym was a mundane thing, but you helped me get over that hump and I've never felt or looked better. I started out at 205 pounds and now Im at 180.2. Rock on!
OK, so first, I'd like to say thank you Kris for this program. I have reached my original goals which was to reduce my waist size of 35 1/2 inches. My goal was to bring my waist size down to a 33 because I heard Dr. Oz say your waist should be at least 1/2 your height. Through this program I was able to exceed my expectations and achieved a 31 1/2-inch waist size.
I also wanted some slight curves on my muscle. I knew NOTHING about weightlifting. So, I'm not one of those guys getting "back in" to lifting. Going through the program I learned a ton, like that a 6-pack is made in the kitchen not the gym. I learned names and lists of lifting techniques and names of body parts I should have known by now. I'm sure my muscle growth was only limited to two things: me not understanding my abilities and not having a spotter so I can push harder without injuring myself.
I'd like to start over again from Week 1 with the wealth of knowledge I gained going through the first run. I like the "Blood and Guts" program you did with Dorian Yates and I'd like to give that a go too. But here are a few shots of what I was able to achieve after going through the first go-round. Not sure how much farther my genetics will allow me to go.
Also Kris if you could just advise me of the supplement pack which am I supposed to "detox" from and for how long I'm supposed to take it [rest] before I start the next program. Also does the "Blood and Guts" have printout workouts like you have in this one?
Hardcore Daily Trainer Complete
Just finished the Kris Gethin 12 Week Hardcore Trainer a week ago and it has been an amazing experience, from start to finish. I have lost a total of 23 pounds from 216-to-193 and waist size went from 42 inches to 34 inches. I cannot believe I maintained a no-cheat diet for 12 weeks. The last 3 weeks of the challenge were extremely tough.
I missed a couple of workouts due to a death in the family (maintained the diet) and my energy levels were extremely low. I finished the transformation and I am extremely pleased with my results. I welcome the break from the intensity and time commitment needed during the transformation. I will be doing the Dorian Yates: Blood & Guts 6 Week Trainer and with 4, 25-minute Cardio sessions per week.
I have introduced fats back into my diet and the occasional cheat meal. I will start this program again after I complete the Blood & Guts 6 Week Trainer. I would like to thank Kris Gethin and Bodybuilding.com for making this information available.
