Gethin is the man. Nuff said. This guy can do it all. Slim up then mass or flip flop. No matter. I'm going to do his 12wk program and will no doubt be a shredded machine.

eek... i'm confused too.
on this page i see 2 choices for supplement stacks but neither of them contain the supplements described in kris' step 1: you must watch video.
I'm new to this physical transformation world so i don't know how to translate what kris recommends to what is displayed here on this page. it's like kris is speaking a foreign language with all his body building jargon.

im 51 and love the high rep workouts there easy on my joints and the pump is insane my diet exercise and supplements are all on target but not making much if any progess. Chris really knows his stuff thanks for the great resource
