I buy my sups from SND Canada for years now. You can get it there. I didn't try buying from BB .com yet. Prices seems very good, but I'm not sure about Customs.

GNC has a good multi called Mega Men - Sport. It's kind of pricey but overall any sort of multivitamin should be fine

I would recommend buying Animal Pak or Armour-V by muscle pharm. both are available on the website.

This is way too much to spend on supps. All the guys on here that look like superman are that way because they take $1,000 worth of supps every month and get it all for free because they endorse it. I agree that a Pre workout, protein powder multivitamin and/or BCAA is essential but you dont need every little thing he mentions.

$1000 dollars?
I spend maybe 120 on everything you see here and one or two more things, just shop around for the best price with a good rep.

Yeah, I'm just gonna stick with a multi, pre, protein, and BCAA also. Maybe I shouldn't expect as much in gains but I don't think they're all necessary.

I agree with you on this the price of success cannot always be measured by the number of items we buy but the quality of the workout and smart supplementation.
