I am newbie if anyone will help me out my id is firstname.lastname@example.org I just to become a fit and strong boy and fat (weight grain) so plz send workout ,a simple diet plan and my question are supplement bad or good and r there sideeffect if someone use it .

Take your multi, fish oil, green tea. Those seem to be the basics. I have a fat burner in there.

week 3 almost over and im down 13lbs so far. anyone else doing this plan stay positive and dont worry if your progress slows it doesnt stop after 12 weeks and aslong as your still losing your going in the right direction.
I am going to start this program next week. From what I have watched so far and read. He states that you should look at about a fist size portion (or 200g) of protein (meats), about a cup of your carbs (oats, whole grain pasta, or brown rice (short)), and all the broc. you want. I understand from other posters that he also recommends sticking to the servings posted on the supplements. I am pretty excited to get going. I will have to do 2 days on, rest, 3 days, rest - because my gym isnt open on Sundays, hopefully that will be okay and not mess me up too much.
hey jones cook ur meals a day prior....and on waking up before i brush i used to have my breakfast and coffee ..followed by Am cardio....then i ate very frequently....sometimes i reached upto 8 meals on training days...dont starve urself...the trick is to give about 2 hours between each meal.
