Just completed by week 1 and excited to begin my second week. I enjoyed every bit of it and initially skeptical about starting the program as I was never good with weights but sure the diet and supplements are helping me - of course, I am not lifting as heavy as some of you but much better compared to what I was doing earlier. Just ask them to go to the doctor and ask what he thinks about it, that's what I did and my doctor said it was all good to use supplements, and my parents agreed

I had the same problem, but I just didn't tell my parents, I just ordered them and if they found out they gave me a bunch of crap but they eventually stopped caring

If you ate above maintenance, around 20 calories per lb of body weight and used this program you would gain.
