Just completed by week 1 and excited to begin my second week. I enjoyed every bit of it and initially skeptical about starting the program as I was never good with weights but sure the diet and supplements are helping me - of course, I am not lifting as heavy as some of you but much better compared to what I was doing earlier. hi i have a question can i do this program without the supplements because my parents have a problem with supplements and i can't convince them . can anyone please respond to me
Just ask them to go to the doctor and ask what he thinks about it, that's what I did and my doctor said it was all good to use supplements, and my parents agreed
