Just completed by week 1 and excited to begin my second week. I enjoyed every bit of it and initially skeptical about starting the program as I was never good with weights but sure the diet and supplements are helping me - of course, I am not lifting as heavy as some of you but much better compared to what I was doing earlier. hi i have a question can i do this program without the supplements because my parents have a problem with supplements and i can't convince them . can anyone please respond to me

Just ask them to go to the doctor and ask what he thinks about it, that's what I did and my doctor said it was all good to use supplements, and my parents agreed

If you ate above maintenance, around 20 calories per lb of body weight and used this program you would gain. I'm on week 4. Seen an increase in strength and a bit more definition. Only problem is I've gained weight! I'm okay with the size, just wanting to lose the fat!
