"I've just completed the program. Went from 207lbs to 193lbs currently and from over 14% BF to just a tad over 11%. Strength went up as well. Pushing myself to failure really showed me how far I could take it."
- Kyle Lopez
"Kris, I really cannot thank you enough for putting this together. Seeing you get after it every day in the gym was VERY motivating. Before your program I stopped the second I began to sweat - hated sweating. Now... I know I haven't done anything at all unless I'm dripping soaking wet with it."
- Jennifer McCord
"The physical gains are amazing, however I rate the mental gains from Kris Gethin's program the most valuable part of this journey for me."

I'm half way done week 6 and I'm loving the results. These program does wonders for your body IF you stick to it and follow it to the T. I started at 191 pounds and I'm currently around 176. People at the gym keep asking me the secret to my sudden change in appearance and I just say Kris Gethin and his 12 week challenge program. I'm just soaking in all the valueble information that Kris is giving us and I will take it with me for the rest of my life.

Hi.

Are you using any suplements and if so... which stack you chose? Advanced or Hardcore?

I'm asking, because I wanted to pick Hardcore and start training on 4th March :)

Thanks in advance for answer.

I use the gold standard whey protein. C4 extreme as my pre-workout. Xtend for my glutamine and it also bas BBC's. Creatine monohydrate. Opti men multi vitamins . Those are my main ones.
The baby29 I don't count calories or anything like that but I do count the amount of protein that I'm taking in. I'm trying to get at least 1 gram of protein for each pound that I weight and a bit more carbs but as you go kris will make you cut some carbs out.

@Lsickone:
Can you give an idea what your macronutrient ratio per day looks like. and total amount of calories you are eating to get that kind of weight loss? The program doesn't explicitly say the amount of calories or amount of fats or protein or carbs I should be eating. You reply will really help me figure out how much to eat. Thank you.

@letzfolly,
Kris, check out this page: http://www.bodybuilding.com/guides/male-20to39-fat-loss/nutrition
>>I know it is for another Fat Loss program but, it breaks down the nutrition data for you. It doesn't specifically say it anywhere (at least, I couldn't find it) but, I added up all of their numbers listed and did some math and found out that their totals are as follows:

Hi

I am looking to start a workout program for gaining muscle. I am not really looking for shedding loads of weight but to get bigger and ripped as well. Do you think this would be a right program for me? For some reason, bodybuilding.com has it under weight/fat loss as well as muscle gain workout plans. Can you please suggest if this is the right program for me, as by the end of 12 week I do not want to end up looking ripped but skinny. Any advise will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help and time!!

Hi im looking at starting this program and was wondering how many weeks the supplements last?
I know from other program I have done that the cost of eating so much food as well as buying supplements can add up and just wanted to know how often ou need to replace them.
Thanks

Hey Everyone,

I have a quick question.
This is 1st time post and really following a plan like this. After week 2 I have gained weight.
I gained about 5lbs. I reviewed my information and I misread something. When it came to carbs instead of eating a half of cup of brown rice, I was eating a full cup, three times a day. I corrected the carb amount, and following workouts to a T. I bought the 12 week supplements as well. Any suggestions on what I could do differently?

Thanks for the information and suggestions.

You really have to make sure your portions are small and that you're eating about 6-8 times a day. Drink lots of water, no sugar, no fats, stick to the program and you'll be fine. Day 39 for me :). Good luck.

Amazing job guys. Let's keep pushing ourselves through these 12 weeks and beyond. When I'm in the gym I think about all the other people like you that are working just as hard and it truly motivates me to work harder and harder everyday. We can do it.
