Kris this is my first rest day. my body is sore. i wanted to know is it safe for me to take the supplements for your program because I'm 18 years old and weigh in 343 pounds.

Being using bits and pieces from this work out with great results. couldn't hit it fully due to a recent back injury, just got passed all tge recovery for that now. starting the 12 week training properly tomorrow, can't wait to see the final results.

This program is AMAZING! I have been following the workouts and nutrition guide (my supplements just arrived so I'm using those this week), and I feel great! I love it how the workouts are always changing from session to session and its not the same old boring stuff. I'm in my second week and I have already started to see some awesome results! I weighed 90kg and now I'm down to 87.2. My goal is 83kg and 11% body fat. Close to what I was when I was a competitive athlete!

What is the suggested number of days per week I should work each muscle group? Also I dont have a decline bench. What other exercises can I do to work my lower chest? Thanks Steven

my current weight is 93kgs and height is 184 cms. i have to loose about 18 kgs in 13 days by 13th may 2013 as i have to appear for pilot medicals. right now i work out 2 times a day nearly 10-12 kms running including gym and cardio. my diet is in morning 2 capsules of oxalate pro. after work out juice and in breakfast 4-5 white eggs in and a breast chicken piece. in lunch i have clear soup mixed with spinach gaurd and chicken. before evening work out i have one more capsule of oxalate pro and inbetween a cucumber. in dinner i have 4-5 pieces of grilled fish and saute vegetables like mushroom,brokyln,zukhini capsicum. inbetween i have a cup of black coffee with suger free and one diet coke a day. kindly advice an changes or extra work out.

I was wondering, some work outs don't have suggested reps. Why is that? BTW, this cardio before and after is kicking my butt, but it feels great and I'm cutting the fat. Thanks!

I have let myself go for far to long. I've been back in the gym for a little over a month and have hit a plateau. This workout looks like the one that will get me over the hump and towards the body I had and will have again!!!!

i weigh 190lbs with a pretty descent amount of fat. Im trying to gain mass but also cut at the same time. im trying to decide if i have to bulk first then cut, or this program would be able to get me a little more mass while getting cut.

I'm considering starting this programme - I've been a gym member for around 3 months, and have lost about 3 kg (that I gained earlier in the year) and now maintaining. I have a pretty fragile knee though - just wondering if this programme has any exercises that could put strain on my knees? Thanks.

i started this program on monday 24rth , so far done with legs and chest/triceps day ... today is my rest day .. my legs are pumped , chest and triceps workout was also intense ...... going good so far :) but overall review of the whole plan... i am quitre satisfied that i will lead to my desired results. inshallah :)

I have started this workout two times before but due to my job routine I have not been able to pass the first week, this time I am more determined to finish the 84 days none stop without cheating or laziness I have to finish the 84 days before the winter time here.
