One-Arm Kettlebell Stomp Jerk

Exercise Data
Main Muscle Worked: Shoulders
Other Muscles Worked: Quadriceps,Hamstrings
Equipment: Kettlebells
Mechanics Type: Compound

Tips: Clean one kettlebell to your shoulder. Use your legs to drive the kettlebell overhead. The second the kettlebell passes your forehead, jump off of the ground and stomp your feet into the floor. Stand upright back to the starting position and repeat. Make sure to work both sides.
