Other Muscles Worked: Triceps
Equipment: Kettlebells
Mechanics Type: Compound

Tips: Clean two kettlebells two your shoulders. Press one kettlebell. Lower the kettlebell and immediately press the other kettlebell. Make sure to do the same amount of reps on both sides.
