Dave Slagle, CSNS, CST, CPT Dave is an athlete, sports nutritionist and professional trainer. He has been involved in and passionate about the fitness industry for over 20 years. Dave earned his education in Exercise & Nutrition at Cal State Hayward while studying under the "father of plyometric training", Donald Chu. He continued his experience in the fitness industry by managing successful health clubs all over the world and competing in both bodybuilding and powerlifting. Literally, hundreds of athletes of all types have trusted his expertise to help them improve their performance and their physiques by optimizing their nutrition and training programs.
