My Ultimate Transformation: Mind, Body And Soul!

I hope to share some insight into the driving force of my soul on my journey to what I am calling 'My Ultimate Transformation!' Mind, Body, Soul.
Many of you may be familiar with me from my articles here on Bodybuilding.com, the world's most visited bodybuilding site. For those of you who are not familiar with me?it is ok. We do share things in common. Chances are if you visit this site or are reading this, you are trying to gain knowledge, information or insight on how you can look and feel your best.

Maybe it is a product or service you are seeking. Maybe it is inspiration. Whatever it is you are seeking, I hope to share some insight into the driving force of my soul on my journey to what I am calling "My Ultimate Transformation!" Mind, Body, Soul.

At this time I am going to put my name on the line. I am calling myself out so to speak and all of you reading this can bare witness to whether I clutch up and represent, or whether I succumb to life's temptations and let whatever obstacles that enter my path get the best of me in my quest for success.

Let me explain. In some way shape or form I have been involved in the sports nutrition industry the past 13 years. I have had the pleasure of working with and meeting many great people with similar interests. Namely, balance, peace of mind, body and soul. I am the owner and founder of MAN Sports Products Inc. my new sports nutrition company.

I started this company after the valuable experience I gained while being employed by Syntrax Innovations, and SAN. I turn 30 on the 14th of June. I also just had my second child (I have a 5 year old son named Joseph), a beautiful healthy baby girl named Kayla on the 4th of June.

I have a lot to live for and a lot to be thankful for. I would like my actions to exemplify who I truly am, and there is no doubt that who we are on the inside, we want to be represented by our appearance.

Truth be told I feel that I am not where I want to be in life. Maybe the fact that I am turning 30 has put a reality check to me. I mean after all, I know that there is zero chance of me playing 3rd base for the Yankees. I know that I will not be the undisputed heavy weight champion of the world.

And chances are you will not see me on the big screen taking over for The Rock and Vin Diesel any time soon. However, I still feel there are great things in my future. I have made up my mind to go there and "My Ultimate Transformation!" will serve as my goal to make it happen.

However vain this goal may seem, it is far deeper than that. It is the ability to lead by example and fulfill my potential. It is the ability to destroy any obstacle that comes my way and give it the Heisman. It is about going forward and not letting anything get in way. There just are no excuses. It is about not letting your fears consume you and prevent you from your dreams.

And to be honest, I have been going through the motions for too long. No more! It is on, like butter on a hot biscuit. This goal of making it happen, setting goals, practicing dedication, tapping into the driving force of my soul by using a strategic exercise, supplementation and nutrition program WILL carry over into everything I do. I have been there before, and I will be there again.

I invite you to follow "My Ultimate Transformation!" My approach, however extreme it may be is simple. I am going to get as shredded as possible over the next 10 weeks. I will not be using any illegal drugs and the only looking I am going to be doing is forward. I will train hard, eat smart, and be in a constant state of thought.

I am going to listen to my mind and body. I do not have anything drawn up in advance here. I am just throwing myself into it and doing it. I will also not take one step on the scale. I am not going to play with my mind and twist it.

I will measure my success by how I visually look. All documented here on bodybuilding.com with photos to illustrate the fruits of my labor.
