[ Q ] How does it feel to be a Super Bowl Champion?

    [ A ] It's a great feeling. Many people go through their entire career without reaching that point. Doing it in my first year was better than you could imagine. Winning a National Championship one year and the Super Bowl the next are both high points in my life.

[ Q ] How is training camp going??

    [ A ] Training camp went well. I was ahead of where I was when I came into camp. I already knew what was going on and I felt like I had a head start.

    How many yards will Joseph run for this season?

    How many touchdowns will Joseph score this season?

[ Q ] What are your likes/ dislikes of training camp?
dot

    [ A ] I can't really complain. The two-a-days allow you to get better. Training camp is necessary.

[ Q ] What are your goals for the upcoming season?
dot

    [ A ] To help the team and do what the coaches want me to do to the best of my ability.

[ Q ] What types of training do you do in the off-season to prepare yourself for being the starting running back of the defending superbowl champion Colts?

    [ A ] My training has been consistent with what it was in the past. Nothing out of the ordinary, I need to stay in shape but also need to rest.

[ Q ] What are your favorite types of lifting exercises, give us an example of your favorite circuit training?
dot

    [ A ] Bench, curls, and squats. I like to mix my training up. I run 4 times a week and lift 3 times a week.

[ Q ] Do you have a strict diet you stick to during the season & what does it consist of?
dot

    [ A ] I try to keep a consistent well balanced diet. I eat at least 3 times a day. I love seafood and pasta, but I don't just stick to that.

[ Q ] What is it like to play with the likes of Peyton Manning and Marvin Harrison?
dot

    [ A ] It's cool playing with Peyton and Marvin. I am a big fan of both of them but they are teammates first. I enjoyed watching them while I was in college. We all have our jobs to do and it is great working with them.

    [ A ] I don't have any real rituals.

    [ A ] I love comedies, but I don't really have a favorite.

    [ A ] Seafood, Pasta.

[ Q ] Who is your favorite Pro Athlete player?

    [ A ] Michael Jordan is my favorite athlete. He is the same throughout the game. He doesn't allow anything to affect his play. He always plays hard.

[ Q ] What sport would you like to play professionally other than football?

[ Q ] What are your hobbies?

    [ A ] Bowling.

[ Q ] What do you recommend to young athletes on how to make it to the next levels, whether college or Pro?

    [ A ] Stick with it and stay focused. You need to overcome the obstacles.

[ Q ] What supplements do you take at the moment and what would you recommend to other athletes?

    [ A ] I take Hard Nutrition products and swear by them. The products I'm taking currently are Vita X, R3 and my favorite the Performance Pack.
