It's a great feeling. Many people go through their entire career without reaching that point. Doing it in my first year was better than you could imagine. Winning a National Championship one year and the Super Bowl the next are both high points in my life.
Training camp went well. I was ahead of where I was when I came into camp. I already knew what was going on and I felt like I had a head start.
I can't really complain. The 2-a-days allow you to get better. Training camp is necessary.
To help the team and do what the coaches want me to do to the best of my ability.
My training has been consistent with what it was in the past. Nothing out of the ordinary, I need to stay in shape but also need to rest.
I try to keep a consistent well balanced diet. I eat at least 3 times a day. I love seafood and pasta, but I don't just stick to that.
It's cool playing with Peyton and Marvin. I am a big fan of both of them but they are teammates first. I enjoyed watching them while I was in college. We all have our jobs to do and it is great working with them.
I don't have any real rituals.
I love comedies, but I don't really have a favorite.
Michael Jordan is my favorite athlete. He is the same throughout the game. He doesn't allow anything to affect his play. He always plays hard.
Stick with it and stay focused. You need to overcome the obstacles.
Football is something that I grew up with. I found my own motivation.
