Background

John is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is currently working toward a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. He also works part-time as a personal trainer at a local gym.

John is currently conducting his third internship experience as a strength and conditioning intern with varsity athletes at a Division I college. John also conducted internships with a board certified sports physician, working with high school athletes, and at a local hospital. John believes that proper nutrition is as important as proper training when it comes to reaching one's health, performance, and physique goals.

John has been involved in bodybuilding and strength training since his early teenage years. His passion in the field is for bodybuilding, strength training, and sports nutrition. In the past 7 years John has gained over 110 pounds completely naturally. In the past two and a half years John has gained 50 pounds! He enjoys using proper training and nutrition as the tools to help him pack on mass naturally. John plans to attend graduate school after completing his undergraduate degree. He plans to seek a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition. After completing graduate school John plans to enter his first natural bodybuilding contest.
