Free: adjective, 1. Used on bb.com to describe a program with no additional cost after spending several hundred dollars on supplements you don't need.
The thing is you do not have to buy the supplements. You don't need then just take the advise use common sense and do not be a moron!
The program is completely free. It's your choice to purchase the supplements he recommends. He's the expert and knows how to get the best results. The testimonials are the proof it works. If you want best results you'll follow the program exactly as he's laid it out.
I would advise you look up the logical fallacy of an appeal to authority.
Well isn't that the problem here? We are told to do the program EXACTLY to get the best results, but that is a lie. The real science is that most of the supplements either don't work or are unnecessary if your diet hits all your macros.

This is 1 awesome program and I have already learned so much.
Really good program. I'm in the last week, lost 6% BF and increase around 3kg of lean mass. Could be better if I had some suplements that Jim recommended, but I coudn't buy...
I recommend this. I'm thinking to extend one more microcycle to shred more and beat my goal...

In week 4 and its hard, but does anyone also do any cardio during the week as well? I find I can add two days of cardio as well if I am feeling strong is this good or should I stop due to over training?
This program is awesome, I love the muscle confusion! One week 3 set 2-5 reps, next week 21-31reps!! I have noticed a ton of strength and a ton of results. I havent dropped a single pound but I probably have added 2 inches almost everywhere in about 4 weeks of this.

hey guys...in order to follow this workout, I cant take any supplements as I am on medciation, but taking natural protein hemp shake from sun warriors. I looking to build muscle. check my pics and would be happy to hear your advice.
Yeah, I'll be putting it to use for the same. I'm on week two of his shortcut to size, but obviously this will do the trick a bit better.

On week 2 Day 4... I look like I just jumped into a pool with all my clothes on when I finish these workouts. All year was gains now its time to shred im not taking any supplements just getting it all from my diet Ill post and let you know how it goes at the end Before and After Pic
