Give this Shortcut to Shred back, traps, and biceps workout everything you've got to obliterate fat, build muscle, and gain strength. Finish the week strong.

This trainer is called Shortcut to Shred for a reason. It's intense, fast-moving, and efficient. You won't see results if you're stopping every five minutes to chat with your bud or answer a text message. For this hour, concentrate on yourself. Don't let your surroundings or your busy life distract you from the work you need to do.

You've got an intense back attack on tap, so make sure you're fueled with good nutrition and smart supplementation. Revisit the overview pages often to keep yourself on track, and print off the supplement schedule. Training is an important part of the battle, but recovery is key to great results.

This is your last workout of microcycle one. I know you're tired, but summon everything you can for this final hour of the first week. You get a full day of rest tomorrow, so make the weights sing today. It's time to rattle some plates.

Hi All,

Strated this on Sunday!Had to miss day 6 cos of an emergency but am gonna do it right tomorrow!!

Also one question is how to measure the BF%.The machine in my gym has shown 7% increase in my BF since last week which is so demovating :(.Pls help.

That's physically impossible unless you've been doing absolutely nothing but stuffing your mouth with a ton of complete junk. I'm not sure if your body stats include that 7%, but according to your weight, that'd be like gaining a little over 7lbs in one week. Most likely not happening, so don't let the gym machine throw you off. Chances are it's uncalibrated because so many people use it/use it incorrectly.

Buy a cheap fat caliper and practice on taking proper measurements. You'll get a way more accurate reading that way.
