The key to successful bodybuilding starts with mind, body, soul and setting goals that are obtainable (believe in yourself know matter what people may think or say about you or your training).

Stay focused and remember your goals because if you lose site of your goals you can't obtain greatness, which is what you are trying to achieve.

    Sizing up 2001:
  • Work out #1 - Chest, Tris and ABs
  • Work out #2 - Quads, Hamstrings, and Calves
  • Work out #3 - Back, Shoulders, BIs and Abs
  • 3 hours of cardio a week
    Diet:
  • Morning - cup oatmeal, 4 strips of turkey bacon, seven eggs whites, three egg yolks and cup of orange juice.
  • Midmorning - Cytoplex and yogurt
  • Afternoon - One and a half chicken breast, sweet potato, side salad and water.
  • Late Afternoon - Cytoplex and yogurt
  • Evening - Pink salmon, mixed vegetables, baked potato and water
  • Late Evening - Cytoplex
  • *Drink 2 gallons of water a day
Following this diet helps builds lean muscle mass and helps keep body fat down.

Remember in order to achieve anything in life, stay focused, know matter what the obstacle, because anything that's worth having doesn't come easy.
