I workout on my lunchbreak. So i normally go around 11AM and then come back around 12:15 to eat lunch. If i drink the protien shake immediatly after my work out, when should i eat lunch? If i wait to eat lunch around 1:30 or 2, then it will be hard to fit my 6 meals in. Will the protien shake fill me up, is it a meal replacement?
Any "good" fish oil or Flax oil will work great. You can take them in pill format or you can use liquid format. There are some pretty tasty flax oils available. You can litteraly take them by the spoonfull.

whey protein after workout with flax seed mixed in it is what i do. multi-vitamin at lunch with food and B12 for me then fish oil at night. I need to get bcaa's still.i have lost 112 pounds on my own already.
The MRM Whey Protein has L-Glutamine in it, but how do you know if you need an additional Glutamine supplement? All she says is if you have "a lot" in your protein powder, you may not need a separate one. What's "a lot"?
She doesn't really mention how many milligrams to take. She mentioned to take before and after workout but how much? I noticed that the ingredient amount is different from brand to brand. I wouild imagine dosage is different from man to woman. Does anyone know?
I always assume that the dosage for supplements is based on a man around 200lbs. Then I do the math based on my weight. It also depends, I think, on how you are effected by different things. I would always start slow with any product and see how your body reacts.
The only product not avalible to the uk is the Whey product. Might be an idea to go to Bodybuilding UK Store and check out what Whey products are avalible and get the one which is most similar to "100% Natural Whey". I'm in the UK too and what I've suggestd is what I will do when ordering - going to start this programin a weeks time, after I've read through the meal plan and gotten shtuff together - like supplements! Hi nancy, probably I am replying late, however Casine is recomended since its digest slowly and good to have before sleep .. as you do not consume any diet for 7 8 continous hours. So if you will have Casine protein it wil keep on feeding your body for all the time. Thanks
