You now have one actual hour of training ahead of you. Just one. And it's cardio, the training mode you didn't even do during Phase 1. Remember?
The LiveFit trainer hasn't always followed conventional wisdom, but then again, the goal has been unconventional results. And if you did everything I asked, I have no doubt that you're pleasantly surprised by what you see in the mirror.
Let's make this final hour of cardio a good one, shall we? Consider it the final exclamation point!

The last day. I didn't start shedding really any weight till this last week so I may just redo the past few weeks again because that seemed to work for me. Maybe just needed a bit more time. Also had to tweek my diet even more and followed Kathleen Tesori's cutting meal plans plus added a 6th meal. That's working well too. Only had 10 days off during this program because I was sick but jumpped back on. Very good nonetheless I haven't checked my mesurements or compare photoes yet. Plan to do in the next few days.
I just finished the program! I have lost 10 pounds and 5 inches in my waist! I feel leaner and my clothes definately are looser! I need to buy some new ones! I am hooked on bodybuilding and loved this program. I found it easy to follow and didn't miss a work out. I still need to lose a little more belly fat, so I will definately continue following the exercises in this program and eating clean! Thanks Jamie!
I am only a few days away from finishing. This is such a great program! I completed every workout and followed the nutrition plan. I learned so many new ways to train and I feel and look amazing! I am going on vacation in a couple days and i am ready to rock a bikini! I've never felt so confident. Thank you Jamie!!
WOW; 12 Weeks, seems like I just began. So awesome. I like the different stages of the program, because it really let me know what type of workout I like the most and it also helped me develop a strategy of which exercises I enjoy and see my body responding to. Enjoyed the program and found it a good introduction to weight training. Looking forward to taking it to the next level now :)
