So I have been committed to do this workout but haven't been eating correctly. I am in phase 2 and starting today I will change the way I eat by following her meal program. Anyone knows what is the recommended protein you should have in a protein powder? And any recommendation on protien powder. I have been taking the one from walmart but I am afraid it has to much carb. So what exactly should I have in my whey protien.

We use Body Fortress, we get it at WalMart, that stuff can be expensive sometimes. I also use About Time, it is all natural, kinda depends on what kinda eating phase I am in.

I find that the nutrition is the hardes, but also the most important part of this workout. If your body isn't fueled properly, you will be burning those muscles you just spent an hour at the gym trying to build. Hang in there and try to stick with the eating as closely as you can!

Protein Evolution by Intek is awesome and tastes really good! It's low carb too! We order it online, just google it... and you can also buy it at Complete Nutrition.

Ideally, your protein should be a blend of whey protein concentrate and isolate. I take Nitro-Tech Hardcore Pro Sereis by Muscletech... sold on this website. The cookies

i tend to look for a protein powder that is low in carbs i buy the whey protein powder and its not that bad at all.. good luck! im just now starting this program today!

Dmae22- Iso Flex is a great Whey Protein Isolate; and it comes in delicious flavors: Chocolate; Vanilla; Peanut Butter Chocolate (delish), Orange Creamsicle... the list goes on! I just started using it and I'm on my 4th week of the program... so far so good. Only about 1gram of carbs; and it even has you BCAA's included. Best of luck!

i really like the cellucor super sport protein or gnc's wheybolic extreme 60. they both taste good and are super low in calories, carbs, fat, and sugar but high in protein. and it's very fast absorbing. i only use half a scoop of the cellucor protein or 1 scoop of the gnc protein at a time. good luck!

There is different qualities of protein as well as types..if you're buying a 5lb tub for 20 bucks, its no where near the quality of a 2lb tub for 70 bucks. That's generally speaking though, there are good values out there..

I lost a lot of weight about a year ago and have managed to keep it off. However, I was doing a lot of cardio and started losing additional weight which later I found out was muscles. So now I'm here to build my muscles back and so far the hardest part is getting the meals planned out. Seems like something is always getting in the way. I'm starting next week.....need all the support I can get. :)
