Jamie Eason LiveFit Flip Cam Video Main Page

Free training, nutrition, and supplement programs. What else can Jamie do for you? How about weekly videos to address the big questions?

Hey everyone, Jamie Eason here! I hope you're all doing well with your fitness endeavors and the LiveFit 12-week trainer!

I know how challenging a total-body transformation can be, so I want to provide as much support as I can as you proceed through the program.

So in addition to the main video segments, I'll be communicating with you on a weekly basis through less-formal, more-candid videos. I'll offer words of encouragement, program information, and other important updates concerning your 12-week challenge.

Remember, you're not alone! I'm doing this program right along with you, and I'm dedicated to your success as much as I am to my own!

I have some basic exercise equipment in my home. I live far out in the country and would have a rather long drive to be able to frequent a Gym. Should I even be attempting these programs, if not going to a Gym?????????????
