It is not a get big workout; it is a get lean workout. Get out of the gym for a day and head to the nearest park. You are going to workout under the sun and take a break from the hustle and bustle of life. Make sure to take at least a gallon of cold water and a towel for sweating. Prepare to sweat and feel the burn. This is a workout for experienced fitness individuals only. This is not a workout for beginners! Here's your routine:
