GNC and Champion Nutrition present the Bodyonics Pinnacle NPC National Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship on November 19-20, 2004. Held at the Dallas Convention Center this will be one show not to miss. Who's gunna show up big hat, no cattle? A lil' texas slang for yall on all talk and no action...

The Right Choice - 2004 NPC USA's Review!
Chris Cook came in with the hype. Mark Dugdale had the might. And, Will Harris finally got it right...

The message boards are lighting up with predictions, pre-contest photos and the usual banter that takes place before a large national show. A few questions leave us all wondering...Will Chris Cook be on stage and hold water again, or will he nail it with this time and get his pro card? What about Eric Fromm - will the Viking step on stage since sitting out USA's?

Rich Piana is looking ripped to shreds - can he hold his own? How about 43 year old Kevin Creeden who is working with Mark Dugdale - will be surprise a few people? How about veterans Will Owens, Stan McQuay and Pablo Mills?

Don't rule anyone out and from the looks of some of the photos below this is going to be one helluva a contest. Lots of speculation but all of that is out the door on Friday when the Men's Bodybuilding prejuding takes place.

Don't forget about the Women's bodybuilding and Fitness also taking place this weekend. There is certain to be a few newcomers step on stage and throw a wrench in the mix.

Sandie Ward

Name: Sandie Ward

Residence: Little Rock, AR

Competing In: Medium Class Fitness

Number Of Nationals Shows: 4th year straight at National Shows

Goal for Nationals: My goal for Nationals is to bring home the big one!!!

Trainer: I am my own trainer and always have been as I am a Certified Personal Trainer. Although, I would like to thank Roger Semsch for helping me these last two years with my nutrition and teaching me more about what works for my body.

How do you feel going to Dallas? I feel that I am going into Dallas at my peak..after making a good go of it at USA's this year I feel that I am a strong contender. However, I am not blind in knowing that there are others like me out there....

What can we expect to see from you at Nationals? What everyone can expect to see from me at Nationals is another hard rock routine that got me high placings in 2002. I have tried other stuff since then but the judges keep coming back to me that they wanna see me ROCK again! So I am back to what I know best...purple ponytail and all!!! I have been working more on getting certain parts of my body to match more inline with my shoulders and extreme v-taper...I think its ready too! After winning 2nd in two piece at USA's, I want to move that up a notch.

Anyone you would like to thank? Besides Roger, I want to give a huge hug and thanks to my husband Dan; without him I could not get thru the days regular stuff, much less do what I do in preparing myself for fitness competitions. He is my knight in shining armor...

Michele Mayberry

Residence: Federal Way, WA

Competing In: Fitness

Number Of Nationals Shows: 1st Fitness show, I competed in Master's Nationals Figure in July

Goal for Nationals: To come in the best I ever have, and to place in the top 5 in my height class.

How do you feel going to Dallas? I feel really good. I made some changes to my routine, and I hope it's more entertaining. I'm also the leanest I've been all year.

What can we expect to see from you at Nationals? One tight 40 year old!

Anyone you would like to thank? I want to thank Tanji for kicking my butt in training, and for all of her great advice, the Bellevue Max Muscle team, and my son Garrett for putting up with me through the training, dieting, and traveling to the shows.

Brooke Paulin

Name: Brooke Paulin

Residence: Evergreen, CO

Competing In: Fitness

Number Of Nationals Shows: 1 - USA's 2004

Goal for Nationals: My goal is to present the best package I can with the ultimate goal of receiving my Pro Card, to have a blast backstage with the other competitiors like I did at the USA's and to inspire someone in the crowd.

Trainer: IFBB pro, Carla Sanchez http://www.carlasanchez.com

What can we expect to see from you at Nationals? Come and see!

Anyone you would like to thank? I would like to thank my very supportive husband Dave, Brooke for being a great running partner, and Carla Sanchez for being so positive and kicking my butt!

Anita Nikolich

Name: Anita Nikolich

Residence: Chicago, IL

Competing In: Bodybuilding

Number Of Nationals Shows: 3

Goal for Nationals: Win the LHW class

Trainer: Chad Nicholls

How do you feel going to Dallas? I feel that if the judges are going for symmetry and the aesthetics of long, flowing lines, I should do very well. I did some strongwoman training in the offseason which has helped bring my shoulders and legs into balance.

What can we expect to see from you at Nationals? A bit heavier than in 2003, but I've kept the same long lines and small waist.

Anyone you would like to thank? My training partner and cook Mike!
