Goal for the show: This is my first National Show. Everyone hopes to qualify for Pro Status but just going up on stage at the national level is a big reward in itself! My goal is to stand out in the crowd and get noticed.

Best Feature on the body is: I love my legs and my shoulders. This year my goal was to bring in my legs as conditioned as possible and fine tune my shoulders, which I believe are a beautiful part of a woman's physique.

What can people expect to see compared to your last show: I've done my homework and worked on details that will leave a lasting impression. I really think that I hit the conditioning part of the package way better this year than the last.

Best part of competing in NYC: Competing in NYC is just as exciting as the city itself. Not only is it going to be a National Figure show but the Pro Figure show is also going to be in town at the same time and that's also very exciting.

Anything You Want To Share With The Peeps Reading This? Yes... If anyone was wondering about any dark horses coming out of the wood work at Figure Nationals, I'm one of them!

Samantha Bullington

Goal for the show: My goals for this show are simple and have change a bit, since the first of the year, I am just out to please myself and the people who love and support me. Do and be the best I can and whatever the placings, I will be thrilled!

Best Feature on the body is: I get most comments on my legs and biceps, People are always asking me to flex, which is so funny, because I am not a bodybuilder, but I love to do it anyways.

Suits by: Suits are by Jagware and Rhinestones by me! I have had a great time this year designing my suits, with the help of my daughter, she is truly talented when it comes to creativity. And doing it yourself, gives you a since of accomplishment, before you ever step foot on stage!

What can people expect to see compared to your last show: I will be about the same as far as conditioning, but focusing more on detail. Like my suit cut, skin color and shoes, etc. That way, if they want to pick me apart, they'll have to do it based on my physique only. We'll see! Oh ya and attitude. I'm going to be shakin it up, baby. Ha!

Best part of competing in NYC: Some alone time with my husband... ya ... we leave the kids home for this show. It's much needed.

Anything You Want To Share With The Peeps Reading This? Everybody needs to remember that this is a huge show with a lot of beautiful and talented women, who all want to be winners, and are, for even stepping up on that stage. So cheer everyone on and be supportive, have a great time!

I want to thank my mom for always being there for me and taking care of my 3 year old daughter Briana while I train and prepare for the shows, my husband for making sure I have all my food and my trainer John Scoma for pushing, motivating, and always believing in me. What can people expect to see compared to your last show: People can expect to see me looking more like I did at the Jr. USA in which I was leaner and fuller. At the JR's, I put a lot of pressure on myself and I came it flat and skinny... I am making sure that does happen again!

Best part of competing in NYC: I like competing in the New York because I am from the North East and it enables a lot of my family and friends to come see me. Plus all those places to eat helps out!

I remember a time when someone told me I had a "swimsuit" body and didn't have the body to compete. There are always going to be people who tell you can reach a goal... never let them stop you!

Anything You Want To Share With The Peeps Reading This?

Setting Goals and reaching them is the most ultimate high one can achieve. Never let anyone discourage you and bring you down. Surround yourself with positive people and always remember that anything you put your mind to is achievable. I have a full time job as an electrical engineer, have two kids, one husband (LOL), teach aerobics part time and some how find time to train for a show. One last thing, I have made a ton of new awesome friends in this sport, which makes it even more worth it.

Ally Bookless

Height/Weight:5 foot 1 inch - 117 Lbs.

Representing from the great state of: Columbus, OH. I live now in White Plains, NY (where i am from and where my entire family is).

Goal for the show: Get good call outs... duh. No, really - I want to do the best that i can do. I am bringing a different. Look to NYC so we will see what the judges think this go round. After CA Pro Figure, I was advised to come in fuller so that is what we are doing. I have also spent alot of time changing around my presentation.

Best Feature on the body is: My shoulders. After the CA Pro Figure, I went back to World Gym and hammered those bad boyz hard. Davies had no mercy and I had trouble lifting my arms above my head after a shoulder workout. But it all paid off in the long run... I hope :)

Suits by: You will have to wait and see. I cannot give away all my secrets. I will tell you that I did not make them myself. I am not creative like that so I really appreciate the time and effort that goes into making them. Hell, I dont have the patience to thread that stupid needle to sew a button on a jacket.

What can people expect to see compared to your lasts how: Wow, she is fuller. Look at those shoulders. Man she has really been working on her posing and presentation. I like what I am seeing... those 1/4 turns are sassy. Go Ally go!

Best part of competing in NYC: NYC is where I got my pro card at Team Universe on that exact Stage in 2000. So, it is a lucky place for me. Plus, i am from there so I will hang with the Bookless Family after the show. What a better place to chow down after a show then NYC. My brother Tom always hooks me up with a new restaurant or kicking place to relax/celebrate.

Anything You Want To Share With The Peeps Reading This? First, if you are going to be at the show... Please yell for me. I need all the support I can get. Secondly, I am excited to go to NYC as a sponsored athlete. My first show ever... being sponsored. I hope to represent Legal Gear well and make them proud. How cool will that be :) Thanks legal gear!

Finally, I will get to hang with my kick ass web guy, so this trip is going to be a blast. Check out his stuff because his work is killer hot and everybody wants a piece of him.
