Heather (Policky) Armbrust has enjoyed some time off recently and is enjoying life a bit with her new husband, Dylan Armbrust. The two married this spring and spent their honeymoon in Mexico.

I caught up with Heather as she was just starting her 2007 Olympia prep. She was 12 weeks out and starting her diet. Heather has also been training competitors, along with husband Dylan, for some time now. On this day, Heather was working out with two of her friends and clients, Holly Geerson and Andrea Wanek.
Holly was prepping for the 2007 NPC USAs while Andrea was getting ready for the 2007 NPC Colorado State. Andrea went on to win the Colorado State Title and Holly finished 5th at USAs.

It's fun to see how a competitor's mood changes as they get closer to the show. 12 weeks out, Heather is chipper, joking around but still gets after it in the gym.
