When I met up with Heather last week the weather was taking a toll on her and it showed a little bit in her conditioning. Here is a quick preview of her prep as she nears her pro debut!
I caught up with Heather 1 week and six days out from her Pro debut.
You could tell the diet was taking its toll. She was a bit lethargic and slow going, but anyone who follows the sport and has dieted for a show knows that is typical. A week's time made a HUGE difference with Heather's conditioning.
When I met up with Heather last week the weather was taking a toll on her and it showed a little bit in her conditioning. This week, Heather look sharp, crisp and on track to dial it in perfectly for her pro debut.

Heather is training light, with high reps just to help tighten up and bring out the definition of her physique. Today Heather trained shoulders and moved quickly not to waste any time.

She started with flyes, moved into presses and finished with seated rear delts. Heather finished her work out by practicing her posing and mandatory moves.
As you can see from the photos Heather's conditioning has improved each week. I'm going to try and meet up with Heather one more time before her pro debut. The last week is definitely tough mentally and physically on competitors.

If Heather is up to it, we'll meet up for a few more pictures and her final thoughts before the show. Heather is definitely going to make some noise in the pro ranks and she has Colorado behind her all the way.
