Scenario - You train with weights, you eat healthy and take pride in your appearance. But when you graduate from college, get married, have kids and get a real job and the bodybuilding lifestyle gets dropped like a one night stand. After-all, what have you got to lose; a bicep peak, a tight waistline and firm glutes? No, much more than that.
By following and continuing the routine of a bodybuilder you gain more benefits than a single mother with quadruplets. What price can you put on more confidence, lower cholesterol, being a better parent/employee/spouse, reducing obesity, lowering the risk of heart disease, increasing blow to brain (being smarter), increasing blood flow to private parts (sexual prowess), lowering chance of arthritis, increasing energy... the list goes on.
By no means is a Bodybuilder someone that is only destined to walk on a competitive stage. A Bodybuilder is someone who wants to improve their health, fitness and appearance goals, and by following this practice you gain an insurance policy that is priceless - a better life for you and possibly for the people closest to you.
