How To Gain Weight Fast: Get The Facts
You see ads everywhere that promise huge amounts of mass in a short time. "Gain weight fast! Pack on 50 pounds of muscle in one month!" While it is possible to gain weight fast, it surely won't be that fast, and it won't all be muscle. Quick growth doesn't always mean quality growth. In fact, to gain weight fast, you have to accept that some of that weight will be fat.

I wonder how much money bodybuilding.com got from the supplement companies for this bs article and other articles. Alot of these supplements are not even regulated here in Canada. 60% of any effects people get from these supplements are the placebo effect. There is no actually "scientific proof" in performance inhancing in any of these supplements. People need to realize all you need is a well balanced diet to accomplish your goals!!!
