THE SOLUTION FOR A GUY'S LEGS & GLUTES

Perform the following in a circuit: 15-20 reps per exercise (unless otherwise specified), 2 to 3 times through the circuit:
Circuit, repeat 2-3 times:
- 10 burpees
- 45-degree leg press (feet narrow, high on platform)
- Seated leg curl (feet together)
- Alternating jumping lunge
- Sumo barbell deadlift
- Kettlebell swings (for 30 seconds)
- Lying glute-ham raise (perform lying on the end of a flat bench
Do 10-15 reps with your feet together, and then 10¬-15 with leg straddled, or spread apart, upon rising)
