Is Methoxy Good? Can I Mix Supplements With Creatine?
I just bought a dietary supplement called Max Lean. I was wondering if this was a good product to buy? After I lose the weight I want to start taking methoxy. I was wondering if methoxy is better than creatine with quick results. Can I mix methoxy with creatine? And if I can mix it then can I take them both and will it give me quicker results? I was wondering if the liquid creatine was as good as the powdered kind?
From what I know, there is nothing wrong with the Max Lean line. Personally I think their products are overpriced, but that is up to the consumer. A high quality protein supplement should be more than sufficient. Usually this would constitute a protein containing different proteins. Several products that I recommend are made by X-treme Formulations and Sportpharma and available here on Bodybuilding.com at a discount.
Methoxy has sorta been a let down from most anecdotal accounts. If you would like to spend your money on a very productive supplement with plenty of research behind it I would suggest ICE by X-treme Formulations. Myself and all my athletes use this product often.
Creatine can be taken with any other supplement. The only possible interference could stem from caffeine, but that has never been concluded in studies. As I have mentioned previously, my favorite brand of creatine is by FSI.
It is important to remember that supplements only are helpful if you have a strong nutritional and exercise program. You can refer to my previous Q & A posts to learn more about my nutritional theories.
