I wanted to lose weight and eventually taper off my medication if possible. The doctors were planning on putting me on two more medications.
I started off increasing my fruits and vegetables. My weight dropped to 156 and I found that I needed less medication. At about the end of my 3rd month I added plant protein. I would water fast 2 days a week.
I did a lot of cardio and eventually added in weights. After 9 months I added animal protein, whey protein and creatine into my diet. Now my weight is at 165 and I eat 4 times a day.

I change up my workout routine every 2 weeks. I feel that if you stay doing one routine for too long, the body adapts to the stress and you don't continue to progress.
Effort is everything. If you don't give 100%, you're wasting your time. It can be done at any age, all you have to do is believe in yourself and others will believe in you as well.
