Today is a rest day, but that doesn't mean you get to stop thinking. MFT28 is about more than training the body; it's about developing the mind. If you can sharpen and expand your mental arsenal, you can overcome anything.

Every rest day is a mental training day. Let your body relax and focus on physical recovery. Kick your feet up, shut your muscles down, and turn on your brain. Today's mental training session: Face your fears.

The difference between a winner and loser has little to do with genetics or potential. It all comes down to perseverance. Winners keep working. Winners show up. If you don't show up, the outcome is simple. If you're too scared to show up, you will always wonder, "What if?"

Don't be scared. Don't back down from your fears. Fear will either create you or destroy you. Hiding behind your fear is the person you want to be. Fear is self-imposed. It's intangible. If you create it, you can destroy it. Destroyed fear returns as more self-confidence. Face your fears and become the person you want to be.
