FROM GETBIG.COM: ![]() Chris Cormier is on a roll, winning his 2nd Grand Prix Australia in a row. In the first five IFBB pro contests of the year, Chris was won three and came in second twice, raking in $84,000 in prize money, plus going around the world. The all day expo and trade show was a great success. The expo included a Pro bench press comp that packed the crowd in. All the pros were there to meet the fans. Dennis James flew in to watch the contest and support the show, he is extremely popular with the fans in Australia. The sponsors at the expo included. Balance, Hammer Strength, Nutra-Life, Weider, Max's, Body Ripped, Evelyn Faye Nutrition, Musashi, MRM, Bio Form, Australian Ironman, Jim Bradley Speedball, Everlast, Aussie Bodies, GEN, GNC, Gen-Tec, Designer, Black & Blue Clothing, 13th Power and Doherty's Gym. All the sponsors reported record trading and stream of fans and celebrities to keep them busy. Next year will be bigger and better, More pyrotechnics, more muscle and an even bigger trade show. Our 2003 show looks like being a week earlier and will follow Georgio's San Francisco show. Thanks to all the athletes, sponsors fans and helpers for making this a great success.
