There are no changes in the diet this week. Water is still at 1 gallon a day.
There wasn't an incline bench available so I did dumbbell flyes after my flat dumbbell bench press and afterwards I moved on to barbell incline presses because there still wasn't a regular incline bench available. It's always very crowded in the gym on Mondays.
Tuesday, May 13 - Back, Traps, Biceps, Pull-Ups/Back Extensions/Abs:
I tried to concentrate more on the peak contraction this workout and used a slower rep range. That's why some of my weights are down slightly. It was a great workout.
I decided to go ahead and use a little more weight to see how my leg feels. The workout felt good but I'll have to wait until tomorrow to see how my leg feels.
Thursday, May 15 - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Pull-Ups/Back Extensions/Abs:
I did incline bench first today and it felt good so I think I will definitely do it again. My upper chest is less developed than my lower chest so doing my upper chest first can help bring it up.

Friday, May 16 - Back, Traps, Biceps, Pull-Ups/Back Extensions/Abs:
My leg is definitely sore today and I can't tell if the soreness where my injury is on my left leg is good or bad. I'll most likely be able to tell by tomorrow. My back and bicep workout today was good and felt great.
I chose not to do any squatting type movements because my injured leg wasn't feeling so great. Wednesday's workout has caused some pain. Hopefully this will not set back the healing process and I'll continue to be able to train my legs. I continue to stretch and ice my leg every day.
Sunday, April May 18 - Rest

Conclusion
This was a better week than last. I took pictures this week and I'm definitely on track. I'll begin accelerating my fat loss starting next week when I increase my cardio from 20 to 30 minutes and add in a thermogenic supplement. I don't need to speed things up that greatly at this point so those are the only two small changes.
