For today's workout, you'll be doing whatever chest and back workout you didn't do earlier in the week. Keep track of how each workout feels. If one is more difficult than the other, try to figure out why. Need more weight? Less weight? If you need a extra dose of motivation, make sure you get it. Every day has value; there's no time to just "take it easy."
