Congrats! You've officially graduated from the Get Swole Trainer. Use to day to celebrate everything you've accomplished. Take a final "after" photo, hang it on your wall, and use it as fuel. Your work is never done. Find a new goal, a new challenge, and crush it!

Phase 4 - Rest

Use this day to completely rest and recover. Stay on top of your supplement regimen. Refer to the nutrition plan for instructions on what to eat. Stay away from fried foods, high-fructose corny syrup, and highly processed carbohydrates. You don't need to avoid carbs entirely, of course. Trust in the plan and your body will adjust.
