Yes. Totally body transformation. Awesome results after the 3rd week. Just believe in the workout. The only think that I did, was in the 5th day, that suppose to be just abbs, I add cardio workouts before doing the abbs. But the rest you dont have to change. Maybe add more exercises, but is up to you.
I am considering this workout plan. But I was wondering, when are we supposed to do these exercises, on which days? Let's say I start DAY 1 FULL BODY on Monday, how should I plan other 3 days?
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday?
Or Wednesday, Friday, Sunday?
